About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with strong leadership instincts to join our team
and take ownership of AI-related projects from the ground up.
This is a hands-on engineering role with a real management dimension — you’ll write
production code, lead code reviews, and own a project end-to-end. You’ll work with a technical
team that moves fast and values clarity over process.

What You’ll Do:

• Participate in development of AI-related projects, from architecture decisions to shipping production features
• Write clean, well-tested Python code and maintain and improve existing codebases
• Conduct thorough code reviews and uphold engineering standards across the team
• Manage a project end-to-end: scope, timeline, risks, and delivery

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of professional Python development experience at senior level
• Proven team management or tech lead experience
• Strong knowledge of HTTP protocol and backend development principles
• Solid understanding of cloud-native application development
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Alembic, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, and similar libraries
• Solid grasp of software architecture and design patterns
• Ability to assess deadlines, surface risks early, and communicate trade-offs clearly
• English B2+ (comfortable in written and spoken professional communication)
• Russian — fluent
